The content on this website is basically general information regarding AudioUAE, the brands and products we proudly represent in the UAE. The contents will be subject to change without prior notice.

AudioUAE will contain information, images and logos that are copyrighted by either us or the brands we represent, therefore nothing should be reproduced that is on this website. If there are any general errors, at no time will AudioUAE be made liable for such mistakes. In such circumstances, we will do our very best to rectify this situation immediately. All information that is given is at the consumers own risk and AudioUAE will not be liable for such information. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure all products meet their specifications. If you are unsure about anything, please ask.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries can be to any address as long as the address at which the payment card is registered is also present on the order. All deliveries must be signed for and a valid Emirates ID presented (except items sent by courier and are small enough to be put through a letterbox). Please make sure to keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

  • Deliveries are free for orders over AED 1,000 in the UAE. Change to – Delivery charges will be calculated on dimensions/weight and location in the UAE.

  • All delivery timescales are subject to product availability and delivery slots. As a lot our products are unique and high quality, many items are either hand made or made to order through the manufacturer. Therefore, there will be variations in waiting times for specific brands and products. However, it must be said, every item on AudioUAE is worth waiting for.

  • Covid-19 has actually put a massive strain on the world’s supply of hi-end electronic audio devices and consumables. In matter of fact, with the lockdowns and less people going out, more people are staying in at home and rediscovering listening to music again. This in turn has put pressure on manufacturers to meet production demands which has resulted in many delays. So, if you have a particular question about the lead time of a specific item, please feel free to ask us.

  • Deliveries of stock items may take between 2-5 working days before delivery, dependent on where you live in the UAE. This will be longer if items have to be shipped to other GCC countries.

  • Deliveries of items that are not in stock will be dependent on the availability from the particular manufacturer. We will try to give you the most accurate timescale as we are given from the manufacturer ourselves. We will send you an email to inform you of the situation, however, if you don’t receive an email within 48hrs after a purchase, please contact us on info@audiouae.com.

  • Deliveries will not be sent to a PO BOX or a shipping agent addresses.

  • If a product is not in stock, you can either pay for the item in full or give a 50%-part payment, of which the remaining 50% must be made before the item is ready to be delivered.

  • Delivery will be between the hours of 9am and 6pm; Saturday – Thursday. We are unable to confirm an exact time.

  • AudioUAE will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

  • Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep a delivery time and date, AudioUAE shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from AudioUAE to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

  • Cancellations can be made within 24hrs of the order. Please contact info@audiouae.com to confirm the cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given for the following reasons

  • The product is defective and has a problem.

  • The wrong product was sent by the store.

  • The product was damaged in shipping.

  • The product has been tampered before receiving the item.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged. Please notify us and return the box in its original

packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Unopened.
